Terms and Conditions

By placing a custom cookie order with Sugar Barrel Bakery, you agree to the following:

All cookie orders require at least a $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to be officially be put on my calendar.
Payment for entire cookie order is due 4 weeks prior to pickup date. If payment is not received by required date, your order will be cancelled.
I send all invoices via Square, and accept payments via debit, credit card, and Venmo.

If your order is cancelled within 3-4 weeks of pickup, I will fully refund your order (minus the deposit) or offer a credit toward a future order.
If your order is cancelled within 2 weeks of pickup, I will refund 50% of your order (minus the deposit) or offer a credit toward a future order.
If your order is cancelled within 1 week of pickup, no refund or credits will be offered.
If due to illness, or unforeseen circumstances I need to cancel your order, a full refund or credit will be issued.

Your order pickup time will be agreed upon, and listed on your order invoice.
If you are unable to to pickup your order at your specified time, please contact me ASAP, so I can still try to accommodate your order.
If your order is not picked up 30 minutes prior to your pickup time, and I have not heard from you, your order will be cancelled and donated, with no refunds offered.
Delivery is offered local to my area, and may be provided on a case-by-case basis. An extra delivery fee will be added

All changes to your order design/quantity MUST be made no later than 2 weeks prior to your order pickup date. I can only accept changes on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the change, and my availability.
