Welcome

• Payment for entire cookie order is due upon ordering, and required in order to be put on my calendar. 
• I send all invoices via Square, and accept payments via debit, credit card, and Venmo.

• If your order is cancelled within 3-4 weeks of pickup, I will fully refund your order (minus the deposit) or offer a credit toward a future order.
• If your order is cancelled within 2 weeks of pickup, I will refund 50% of your order (minus the deposit) or offer a credit toward a future order.
• If your order is cancelled within 1 week of pickup, no refund or credits will be offered.
• If due to illness, or unforeseen circumstances I need to cancel your order, a full refund or credit will be issued.

• Your order pickup time will be agreed upon, and listed on your order invoice. 
• If you are unable to to pickup your order at your specified time, please contact me ASAP, so I can still try to accommodate your order.
• If your order is not picked up 30 minutes prior to your pickup time, and I have not heard from you, your order will be cancelled and donated, with no refunds offered.
• Delivery is offered local to my area, and may be provided on a case-by-case basis. An extra delivery fee will be added

• shipping prices are calculated into your order total.
• All packages are shipped via USPS priority, or UPS air. 
• To ensure a safe arrival, each cookie is individually packaged and bubble wrapped, and surrounded with paper shred. 

*Please note I cannot guarantee there will not be any breakage due to UPS/USPS mail handling. Therefore, I will not accept responsibility for late, lost, or damaged packaging or products.* Please follow up with your local USPS/UPS carrier office with any issues.*

• All changes to your order design/quantity MUST be made no later than 2 weeks prior to your order pickup date. I can only accept changes on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the change, and my availability.

• All cake orders require at least a $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to be officially be put on my calendar.
